About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving in Beijing by train from Ulan-Bator

Can I apply for the 144hr free transit if I arrive in Beijing by train from Ulan-Bator (and fly to the Netherlands)? As I understand this train arrives at Beijing Railway Station (Beijing central station), not West Railway Station.

You need a visa in advance. Only West Railway station is an eligible port of entry by rail.
