About:FAQ on China Postal Service

I booked the one parcel from China to India. I got the tracking number RG830645593CN.

Its last update is on 26th Apr. as flight departed but thereafter no. further update. I just request you to please updated me the status.

I found the same delivery information with you. So you are advised to call the seller or logistics center to consult what happened to your parcel and where you parcel now. Maybe they didn’t update the delivery information in time.

its not yet deliverd actually i dont have the seller no.its online shoping site so will you please helpme to track the consignment

Don't worry. I think you should call the China Post to consult the reason why your parceln is not delivered yet now. The contact number is 11183. Hope to help you.
