About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for the 144 hours visa

I am travelling from Brussels to Shanghai (with a stop-over in Hong Kong) arriving on May 16th and then from Shanghai to Taipei on May 19th (from Taipei back to Brussels again via Hong Kong). Can I apply for the 144 hours or even for the 72 hours free transit?
