Upon arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, you can buy the ferry ticket and provide staff with your baggage card at counter, and the staff will help you to deal with the baggage check-in to the Shekou/Fuyong Port in Shenzhen. Then you can take the shuttle bus (about 5 minutes) to get to the port in Hong kong and go to Shenzhen by ship. After you arrive at Shekou/Fuyong Port, you will take your baggage with your card.
