How can I go to Minimax Premier Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao by metro line?

Hello, my name is Thian Lian and I'm from Myanmar. I have already bought air ticket and last destination is Pudong International airport but my Hotel booking is Minimax Premier Hotel Hongqiao(addres is: no 505 Fuquan N Road, Hongqiao Airport and Convention Center). When I search in map, it is very long distance kilometer. So I need to catch metro line. So pls someone can tell me pls.
