About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

After arrival at HKG, I would like to take the Ferry to Shenzhen airport...

...but I will not fly out of SZ immediately. I will stay at a Hotel near the airport for two days of business, and then later fly to Xi'An. Is it possible to use the ferry under these circumstances?
