I applied for university in china then they send me JW form so now my challage is i failed to apply?

I applied for university in china then they send me JW form so now my challenge is i failed to apply in time . what should I do , should I go there even after two days later?

Hi, you can submit all valid required documents to apply for student X type from the China embassy in your country. If the form is invalid before you make the application, you are advised to contact the school to provide you a new one.
