filipino transiting to xiamen bound for seattle, usa

Filipino citizen traveling from Manila with 9 hours lay-over in Xiamen Intl. (XMN) then fly to Shenzhen Intl. (SZX) bound for Seattle - Tacoma Intl. (SEA) on June 14 2018. Going back to Manila on December 7, 2018 from US via Xiamen (XMN) with 23h 45m stop bound for Manila.Am I eligible for TWOV?Thanks.

You are not eligible for TWOV on your outbound, and you must get a visa or change your flights. There's no transit without visa for any nationalities at Shenzhen.
