About:Visa on Arrival

Am Filipina w/ Permanent Resident VISA here in Japan & will travel to Hongkong,

I want to go to Shenzhen for only one day. Can I apply for VOA of one day? My first time to travel.

It’s only available if you got a Chinese visa before.
