About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Toronto to Jakarta, lay over 22 hrs ind Shanghai

Hi. I will be travelling from Toronto to Jakarta with 22 hours lay over in Shanghai. I am a Canadian permanent resident holding Indonesian passport. Am I eligible for the TWOV? Thanks
