About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I'm Indonesian. I'm going to China for sight seeing from 10Jun to 21 Jun 2018

My question is: Can I apply my visa in Japan. I'm residing in China, Japan.
Is it possible for me to apply by postal service.

It's possible for you to apply for it from the CVASC in Japan. You cannot do that by postal service. You should submit the application in person or you can find someone else to do that on your behalf.
