About:Beijing Travel

Hello. My wife and I will be flying into HK from London for a 3 night say.

We then fly to Vietnam with Vietnam Airlines for a 7 night stay. We then fly from Ho Chi Min to BJ with China Southern for a 5 night stay. We then fly back to London with British Airways. What are our visa requirements for HK and Beijing and where is the best place to get them.

No visa is needed! You can enjoy a 180 days visa free visit in HK and 144h visa free transit in BJ! Have a good time!

many thanks for your reply. Do we just go through passport control as normal then? No paperwork needed?

You need to show your passports when entering HK; to BJ, you need to inform the airline when boarding that you want to enjoy the visa free transit policy, and they will provide you with a document. You can fill it in to apply for the visa free transit upon arrival.
