i know i can check-in at shekou port,cannot use baggage tag-through service.

Question

But wonder how to handle my big baggage until the last destination. Is there a counter inside Hong Kong airport who can take care?

You can ask for help from the airport staff, and they can arrange the luggage for you. Here is the number: 852 3918 5000

If you cannot use Baggage Tag-through, you must go to the Ferry desk and give them your luggage tag.  The next ferry you can take must be 1 hr later (time to get the bag on the ferry).  You would pick it up at the Shekou port before going thru customs.
