I'm thinking of buying Xiaomi Mobile Phone, Can I buy in Beijing and use it in Indonesia?

Yes, you can use it in Indonesia and you are suggested to buy it in the Home of Xiaomi. I happen to know one in 3-5 Chongmen Outer Street, Dongcheng District.
