About:China Visa on Arrival

Taiwan pasport transit in xiaomi.

Can taiwan citizen apply visa on arrival in xiaomi?Is the immigration open 24 hour? Example..I fly from taiwan to lax,but transit in xiamen for 8 hour before fly to lax.Thank you

You can perform a transit in Xiamen (Xiaomi is "just" a Chinese electronics company), but as a Taiwan passport holder, you need also a valid Taibaozheng (台湾居民来往大陆通行证) or in English, The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. With a valid Taibaozheng, you will be able to travel via Xiamen.
