About:China Visa Application in USA

I live in Florida

my sister lives in New York I live in Florida but I do not know anyone in Houston which is where I would have to apply for my visa , I can send my passport to my sister so that she can process my visa in New York, I am a USA citizen.

Migue, you cannot do that. You need to make the application from the Chinese consulate in Houston.
