About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Guangzhou to Hong Kong to Guangzhou

Hello, if I came from Dubai to Guangzhou and apply for 72hours transit and them flight to Hong Kong for 14 day (I have Ukrainian passport) can I apply on my way back to Guangzhou for 72hours transit if I show a ticket to Kiev within 72hours?
