About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

U.S. to Korea. I am a U.S. Citizen

traveling from Los Angeles to TAO to XMN to Incheon, Korea. I am in China from 5:10am to 3:50pm. Does my layovers in quing dao and xiamen qualify for the 24 hour visa?
