About:China Private Visit Visa

Passport control

My husband has entered China under S1 visa,when we contacted Exit Entry Bureau he was refused to issue residence permit due to absense of certified marriage certificate,is it legal for him to leave within 30 days of his arrival?

Hi, it will be legal for him to leave mainland China before the S1 type visa expires.
