What visa applicable to cruise ships

We are on a cruise to China from Hong Kong, first port Xiamen, than Shanghai and finally Beijing before sailing on to Tokyo. What visas can we get at short notice?

Hi, you can apply for a tourist L type for that trip beforehand.
