About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 h Transit Visa with connecting flights

I hold a Finnish passport and travel Indonesia-Shanghai-Indonesia (with flight connection in Manila, Philippines both ways). I am staying in Shanghai for 5 days. Am I eligible for the 144-hour visa-free Transit?

Of course not as Manilla - Shanghai - Manilla is not a transit.
