About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

X2 Visa. Thank you...

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to obtain an X2 in South Korea. I'm a Mexican citizen, my visa will expire soon and need to obtain a new one. Is an express service possible? -2 Day Service? Also what is the ARC card? And who does it apply to?

ARC card is the alien registration card in South Korea, which can prove your residence right in there. If you have valid ARC card, it's possible for you to apply for a X2 type with 2-day express service.

Hi, I have the same concern, I am Mexican and I am planning to apply for a new student X2 chinese type in Seoul. If I am going as a tourist to South Korea, is it possible to go through this process?

I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in South Korea are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
