visa z, where to do it?

Hello, I have already all the papers to make a work visa, I'm Spanish passport holder and I'm actually in Shanghai. Which third regions or countries could I use to apply Z ? Hong Kong just made a new law about permit papers effective days to apply and I can't make it there

Hi, Demi, you can try to change your current visa into a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, there is no need for you to leave China for that. You can have a try.
