About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Can I use the 144hours visa if I arrive from Paris in Shanghai then 2days after I leave for HK.

Then on this same day from HK to beijing stay 3 days and leave for Paris ?

Can I apply the first time for 144h visa in Shanghai and then apply for another 144h visa in BJ?
