About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hrs layover PVG fr toronto to manila, am i qualified on 72 hours free transit? thank you.

You do not need a visa if your layover is less than 24 hours, although if you want to be guaranteed to leave the airport then you should get a transit visa, otherwise you may be quizzed at length by the officer who may not let you in the country. Filipinos are not eligible for 72 or 144-hour transit.
