About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Is Copenhagen - Beijing - Hong Kong - Beijing - Copenhagen eligible for transit visa ?

Hi I am travelling from Copenhagen - Beijing and stay for 5 days and fly to Hong Kong for 3 days and back to Beijing for 3 days. I suppose both my stays in Beijing are eligible for transit visa ?
