About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Connecting Flight Beijing to Pyongyang T3-T2 need visa or not

Hello, I (THAI nationality) will arr BJS by CA980 BKK-PEK 0100-0620 T3 and will get flight JS252 BJS-FNJ 14:05 to Pyongyang sameday at T2
Do we need to apply Chinese Visa ?

Why should he need a Visa? It's less than 24 hours, simple transit.... (!?)

Because Thailand passports can’t work with the visa free transit policy.
