Travelling to Haikou with a travel document issued by the Dutch government, do I need a visa?

Hi,
I have an urgent business meeting in Haikou city in the Hainan province and I will be staying there for a week. I do not have the Dutch citizenship but have a permanent residency and travel on a travel document issued by the Dutch government. I will be travelling via Guangzhou, do I need to get a business visa?

Hi, personally I think you need to apply for a business M type for the trip beforehand.
