Well, the performances I can found are the same as the page listed, and the timetable is also the same: Warrior Parade Performance (Barbican): 11:00, 14:00,17:00, Relieving Guard Ceremony: 10:00, 15:00.As for kite festival, no news has been reported, but I guess it’s around Apr. 10th.

I'm the Original poster. We tried going up the wall at 830 pm last night and was told only the 'nan' gate is open late. I asked a few policemen and local. They all said the same thing. Please update your info
