We fly into HongKong and board a cruise ship.. the itinerary includes Okinawa, then Shanghai for 30 hours then continue to Pusan, Nagasaki, etc then fly out of Tokyo. Are we eligible for 144 h free transit? And if so, do we obtain the free pass at the cruise terminal when we arrive in Shanghai?
