Regarding invitation letter details

Dear Sir,
As per the visa instruction on the website of china embassy for visiting one would need: "Invitation letter issued by travel agencies registered in the Mainland of China". But in case if I have my friends who is currently studying under x1, will her invitation letter be valid?

Hi, you should provide an Invitation letter issued by travel agencies registered in China instead of an individual invitation from your friend.
