About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I over stay 45 days now and i think when take visa from my countery that is is residance and my wife

They'll let you leave once you've paid the fine of CNY 10,000 and completed your detention for up to 15 days. Afterwards you'll be banned from the country for a while.
