About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

I'm engaged to a Chinese man now .. an I wanna live with him after we get married ..

so I heard that I would have marriage visa which is for 180 days .. so my question is when this 180 days finished shell I renewal the residance again every 180 days ??? And when would i have the permanent residence ?

Usually, you need to apply for a new one if your visa is expired. But it's possible for you to extend it at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don't need to leave China then.
After live in China for 5 years in succession, you can try to apply for the permanent residence permit.
