48hr VISA TO CHINA

Do We need a China entry permit if We stay in Shanghai 24hrs before We embark to Norwegian Cruise Ship?

If you are traveling Country A - Shanghai - Country B then you don't need to apply for a visa because you can enjoy free transit in Shanghai.
