china business m visa for british passport holder

I have China M holder now. But it will be expired soon. Can I apply China M ( 6 months, 60 days duration, multiple ) at the Chinese Embassy in Holland ?

You can have a try, but I heard that it is difficult to get multiple entries when you make the application in a third country. Good luck to you.
