hi, applying china visa in yangon (myanmar) with malaysian passport

I would like to know applying china tourism L for Malaysian and currently he is in Yangon now. Is it possible to apply a China tourist L here? And How?Thank you.

It’s possible to apply a China tourist L here. First, prepare passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid visa for Myanmar, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to Chinese embassy.
