tourist visa for Swiss citizen where to apply in Tokyo?

I am Swiss, at the moment I'm staying in Japan as a tourist. In June I want to go to Shanghai for 14 days on a tourist L. Do I have to apply for the tourist L to China at the embassy in Tokyo or at the CVASC?

Franzi, you should apply for the tourist L type from the CVASC in Tokyo.
