About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Connecting flight from terminal 3 to terminal 2 at Beijing Capital Airport

Hi im coming from manila and will arrive in terminal 3. But my connecting flight will be in terminal 2. Will 3 hours enough time? And what is the process ?

Arrival, boarder inspection, security check, custom inspection and waiting, boarding.
