EGoBus from Pudong T1 to downtown hotel

Must I do online reservation for using EGo Bus?

My flight is estimated to arrive T1 by 10:50pm and I do not know how long it will take for the customs and the getting of luggage and hence want to see of I can just purchase ticket at their counter upon my arrival. Thanks
