About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

We want to make a reservation with Egobus from Pudong Airport but unable to access the website.

Is it possible to go straight to their desk on arrival for transport into Peoples Square. Also thay don't reply to my e-mails.

Generally, it is ok to present on the spot to use their service. But if the van are seated, you may need to wait for the next because most people book online. I just checked that their official website is only in Chinese, perhaps you can ask your Chinese friend to help with this. Or try to email them again at service@egobus.com. I received the response last week with one day delay. Good luck though!
