Travel between Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport

Our international flight arrives into Pudong Airport at 7.15am. Our domestic flight departs Hongqiao Airport at 11.45am. So, 4.5 hours layover.
What is best way to get between airports in this amount of time?
Can we take Maglev from Pudong Airport to Loneyang Rd, then transfer to metro line#2 to go to Hongqiao Airport?
