concerning working visa

Question

Hi, i would like to know the procedures for applying a work visa. I have been graduated from china for 23 months already. I am holding IELTS(7) and tefl certificate. I even got my no criminal certificate, my degree documents with me. And for the moment i have a friend who has a legal company and he wants to hire me. I think we got everything that is needed but we don't know from where to inquire to proceed. Could you please brighten us on this? Thanks

Hi, James, you can try to convert your current visa into a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. You should first ask your friend to apply for a work permit for you, and then you can submit the requirements to make the change at the local PSB. You are advised to contact the PSB to inquire the requirements you need to prepare.
