Can I applied for another 144 hrs stay between exits from Shanghai?

After six days with 144hrs exempt visa and leaving Shanghai, I will be returning after ten days. Am I allowed to obtain another 144 hrs exempt to stay in shanghai. I will have departing tickets and necessary visas to proof.
