About:Shanghai Maglev Train Ticket

Are the seat on Shanghai Maglev assigned when you buy a ticket or is it first-come-first-served?

Do the trains ever fill up forcing people to wait for the next train?

No, the seat is not assigned and the ticket has two types: ordinary seat and VIP seat. Usually there are not many passengers, so just find a seat on your own on the train.
