About:China Visa Exemption

Do we need a visa if we have two China airport stop over? Coming from Manila Philippines going to US

From Manila to Xiamen staying for an hour then flight to Quingdao staying in the airport for 8 hours then flight to USA

No. You qualify for the 24 hr direct transit in mainland China.
