About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Failed delivery

I ordered a parcel from China to Uganda. I have been tracking it. It reached Kampala but now says undelivered! Says:
UGADJUMANI, Unsuccessful delivery, Addressee has PO Box/Addressee advised to pick up the item” where should I pick it because it’s not at my post office in Entebbe where it was addressed?

Oh, I see. I heard from one of my friend's that many places in Africa don't have delivery service. The addressee need to pick up the package. Thus you are advised to consult the local post office and know more details about the post office address.
