About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cebu to Lax

We would like to avail of the 144 hour free but when reading further it states we would require to have a passport, VISA, and a ticket for our flight. Can you clarify the visa portion please? We have a 12 hour layover and would like to go out of the airport to see your country. Do we pay for this?

Hi, you don't have to have the visa for USA if you are traveling like that. This visa-free transit is free of charge and you don't need to pay for it.

Where is the 12 hour layover? If Shanghai must have hotel reservation to leave the airport.
