About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I Shanghai-Singapore

Hi,
I am a US citizen planning to go to Shanghai for 5 days then plan to go to Singapore for a few days then back to the US. Are you allowed to do a trip to Singapore on this visa?
