About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

My cruise ship stay in Shanghai for two days, can I enjoy 72 hours visa free stay in Shanghai?

If you are traveling Country A - Shanghai (144 hours) - Country B then you don't need to apply for a visa because you can enjoy visa-free waiver in there.
