About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

10 year Chinese Visa for Americans

Can I apply for the 10 year multiple entry Chinese visa in Jakarta even though I am an American? Or do I need to go back to the US to do it?

Joseph, you cannot get 10 year visa in Jakarta. You are advised to go back to home country to apply for it.

No. When you are in Jakarta, you can only make the application in Jakarta.
